Hello to Jim & the Marshall Crew!

Is this not the most inviting picture ever..!!?? It makes me want to race home from work every day..! The Marshall DSL 201 was signed by Jim Marshall and the Les Paul Standard was signed by Les Paul. Thank you both for producing the most awesome tone combination in Classic Rock History.

Only One Choice

Only One Choice

My whole life I could never afford to play good quality amps. I always had to settle for what was in my price range. Finally I saved up enough money to buy what ever head and cabinet I wanted. I could of bought any amp. There was only one choice.......MARSHALL!!!! My Marshall stack has backed me in every venue we have played. It makes me proud when other guitar players wish they had my Marshall full stack. When the crowd sees us hit the stage and I stack those beasts up high, they know they are in for brutal rock show!

Thanks,

John-O

Interstellar Amplifier

Interstellar Amplifier

Hi.

My Name is Alex.

I used Marshall Amps since my first beginning guitar playing. My first one
was a small 50 Watt Combo...

Today I use the TSL 100 and I'm fully satisfied. The amp "squeezes" the
sound of my Les Paul gently through the valves and at the end there's an
explosion from the cabinets that makes every crowd crazy.
I used my TSL 100 on different places, from small club up to great
festivals...and it rocks every stage!!!

This amps are blowing every stage to the moon...or Saturn...or Pluto?

Feel the Tone

Feel the Tone

Hey Jim,

Just wanted to tell you how much I love my MG100RCD with full stack 412s. This thing is incredible. Makes the house rattle and is popular with any ladies standing nearby enough to "feel' the tone! Keep it up, and I'll keep on playing only through Marshall Amps.

Thanks,

From Over The Pond

From Over The Pond

Dear Marshall et al
Strange and interesting that folks I've never met and so far away (over the pond!) have enriched my life so much since being a teenager. My first Marshall was '68 Plexi that I got in 1976. Thank you for all the joy.. and the joy to come! This is my current rig, a completely stock ALL original (yes, mustard caps , tranny's and all) 1971 Superlead 1959 with mid 70's cabs. Thank you again and God bless.

Michael

Temptation is Dangerous Thing

Temptation is Dangerous Thing

Dear Marshall,

Many people have said Marshall is the best, however, most people have temptations to other, lesser, brands. But even with the most expensive "high quality" competitor, Marshall always comes back to sound the best. All the bests go with Marshall, so why wouldn't everyone else too? I don't know, I just know that I'll be with Marshall amps forever. Period. Thanks, Marshall, for making the best amps in the world, keep up the good work!

Kick Ass Amp

Kick Ass Amp

Hey!

This amp just kicks ass! It has got two channels and they are both very useable and they both got independent EQ. I´m sure this amp will survive anything and I hope to gig with it for many years coming!

Thanks Jim Marshall for designing the best rock amps in the world.

Never Lets Me Down

Never Lets Me Down

Hey guys,

All I can say is that my Marshall kicks major west coast ass! It has been beat up, knocked over, and it has never let me down. I'm never at a loss for volume, a fact that my band reinforces nightly. They hate me! I love my Marshall, or should I say, MASH ALL!

Thanks for keepin' the dream alive.

'70 Marshall Super Lead 100 in stock red tolex !!!

I also have a '67 Super Lead 100 all stock with the 3" main tranny. It doesn't leave home !!!

I have always been really confident towards Marshall amps. I had a white 2204 stack back in 1982 that was my first REAL amp. Since then I had numerous JMP and I now stick with my '70 and '67 !!

I will always be grateful for Jim, for what he did for electric guitar !!!!
Those amps are timeless

Keep Your Trousers On

Keep Your Trousers On

Dear Jim and the rest of the Marshall gang,
Hello from the land of the rising sun.
My first Marshall amp back in the early 90’s was a Valvestate VS65R 12’ combo. I continued with this amp until I left the UK in 2000 bound for Japan.
In Japan I bought a Marshall G30R CD combo (made in Korea).
It served me well initially as a warm up/practice amp, but I was longing for that famous and unique Marshall valve driven tone.
Eventually I bought the amp pictured on the right, a Marshall TSL 601 all valve combo with 3 channels and twin reverb.
Pictured in the centre is my Gibson Les Paul standard. I changed the pick ups and installed Gibson’s 496 R & 500T ceramics.
Wow the sound and range of tones available by combing a Marshall Valve amp and a Les Paul is truly phenomenal.
Playing a Gibson Les Paul through a Marshall Valve amp has to be the most fun you can have with your trousers on….

Now if that doesn’t turn you on, you haven’t got a switch.

Thanks Jim for putting the ‘Joy’ into my ‘’Pride and Joy’.

Big On Tone

Big On Tone

Hi, there Marshall fans and please enjoy looking at my amps as much as I
enjoy playing
them. The one on the left is a JCM 900 1X12 hi gain dual reverb 50/25 watt
model. The hi gain channel goes upto 20, never mind 11! It has side handles
and is small on weight and big on tone.
The one on the right is a JCM 600 1X12 twin channel 60 watter and sounds
great clean (for peter green stuff) or crunchy for stevie ray.
The one in the middle is a 1978 JMP 50 super lead 2 x 12. Bluesbreaker heaven,
especially with the guitar in the middle.
I've played as far afield as Lincoln Castle, uk and B.B.King's Blues Club,
Memphis Tennessee....
Always thru a Marshall!

Jase

Gotta Love It

Gotta Love It

hey Marshall,
This is my 1991 jcm 900 dual reverb 100 watt with el34's for some nasty crunch tones.
I use a Les paul or jackson with it for anything from blues and funk to metal or even pure shred.
And not to forget Its loud! gotta love it!
