Seek And Ye Shall Find

Seek And Ye Shall Find

Hey guys at Marshall, after a long and hard search I have finally found a Marshall 6100 which I am really pleased with. Here I have photographed it with my effects pedals and my Gibson SG Standard and Maverick F1.

Keeping The Dream Alive

Keeping The Dream Alive

This is my LM6100... the best sounding amp in town since 1996. This is the thickest, fullest, most beautiful sounding beast. I can't say enough about her but... Please sir, may I have another? The speaker box? That is from a 50 w solid state amp I bought in the 80's... The amp section is long gone but that 70w Celestion makes a great sounding, easy to carry speaker box (don't worry... the quad box is in the shed). Thankyou Jim for the vision and thankyou to everyone else that keeps the dream alive.

Years Of Tone

Years Of Tone

Having been a marshall user for some time, I foolishly hung up my head and cab for a f****r. This mistake split my first band! In my new band, I found an old JTM45 in a friends garage that was bust, after a £40 repair and £200 to the owner, it was mine, It works perfect everytime, put my les paul custom through it and I have 40 years worth of tone behind me. Thanks Jim and Co, you put me right again!

The Sound Of Rock'n'Roll

The Sound Of Rock'n'Roll

I have been playing Marshalls since the early 1970s and they only get better and better. I have no idea how many amps and cabinets beginning with Plexis all the way threw the years to my current DSL 100 which sings and growls. My "Vintage" cabinet with 25 watt Greenbacks, metal handles, and black and light gray basket weave grille clothe captures the iconic sounds, whether playing a Les Paul or a Strat, which define "The Sound" of which Rock n' Roll is built on. One thing this 55 year-old psychologist, former professional musician, looks forward to at the end of a long day is shaking the timbers of my house and giving my neighbors the sound they cannot ignore: the sound of a Les Paul or a Strat roaring or singing through a Marshall. When I want to be kind, I use the Marshall PowerBrake! Thank you Sir James Marshall...

Hi

I'm in love of my Marshall 1987x and 1960ax. It's a real monster! Marshall, the tone of my childhood, the sound of rock! Marshall forever.

Recently Rescued

Here are some pictures of a recently rescued 1962. It had been neglected for the best part of 30 years, left in a cupboard. The tolex is in rag order and the logo is missing but it still sounds amazing! Not the extreme story you had hoped for but kinda cool in a clichéd way!!!

Regards,

Tom Kenna.

Bravo!

Bravo!

Dear Marshall,
I recently decided to give the old girl an overhaul after 20 years of outstanding service. I owed it to her. She had taken a beating. The best amp I have ever owned. Bravo Marshall! Never once in 20 years did it ever break down. It litterly fell off the back of a truck and worked that night. She was re built by myself using all Marshall parts. I thought that snake skin would make it look mean and tough for the gigs that I do. I have never seen one covered in snake. Keep on rocking and let Marshall amps rule the universe.

A Pillar Of Music

A Pillar Of Music

Mr. Marshall and friends, These are my amps. They are a JCM800 (2203X), a JCM900 (2500), a Valvestate 2000 AVT50 and a MG15. Also pictured are my 1960A cab and a JCM900 1960A cab both are 300 watt cabinets. My 2203X is my favorite. It's just the best amp money can buy. I'd put my 2203X against anything.
My JCM900 although a 50 watt head, sounds bad ass and has more than enough gain for any style of music.
I am an 80's metal kind of guy and the 2203X is the pillar of all that type of music. I will always be a Marshall user and am looking foward to my next purchase, either a Plexi reissue or a Vintage Modern!
Thanks for making Marshall what it is!

Sheer Marshall

Sheer Marshall

I've been through my fair share of heads and amp brands... but I always come back to my JCM800 2203 for the sheer auditory assault it produces! I can't get enough of it's raw power and clarity combined with the punishing midrange and filthy, tight low end! SHEER MARSHALL!
Say what you will about Triple-Whatjamacalltis and Fifty-one-whatsits that can give you 10billion tons of gain on tap, I'm not interested! Give me an amp that I can hear on stage, above all the chaos; sitting proud in the mix... an amp that the crowd can hear without any help from the PA... the 2203; Now thats a rig in a box!

Stacks Of Glory

Stacks Of Glory

My name is Will Solares and I play with Invicta Veritas and Black Hell out of Phoenix AZ, this is 3 - 2203 100 watt heads all that range from stock (bottom), pre amp mod (middle), extra preamp tube added (top). Each head feeds a Kr*nk Revolution cab loaded with V12's.

Cheers, Will

Hi, my name is Garron and here is a picture of my Marshall TSL100 half stack. I’ve been playing with this amp up and down Britain in my band Son of the Mourning. The head is just so reliable and because its so versatile, it always sounds great no matter the size or acoustics of the venue. I usually use and Ibanez tube screamer in front of the TSL’s pre amp to give me an unreal shred!!!!

I am proud to play a Marshall!!!!!!!
