Players and their amps
Are you proud of your Marshall? Has it been to Hell and back yet still works? Have you taken it to strange or exotic locations? If so, we want to know about it!
Email us a picture with a brief description and your pride and joy could end up featured here
Rock 'n' Roll Kitty
I have been playing guitar for about 9 years now and I love my Marshall amp. Well it seems that our cat Keegan has taken a liking to Marshall amps too as that is his current "Throne" if you will. He is laying across the top of my amp as I type this email. He's got good taste!

Never Let You Down
Hello Jim,
Congratulations for your new website! It’s very enjoyable! And I am still very pleased with “your” amps! I own a Valvestate VS-15 which I use as a warm-up amp and a Valvestate V-8240R, which is my main workhorse. I even have put some casters on it! They have never let me down!!!
All the best! Portuguese cheers,

Carry on Rocking!
Only Marshall can kick out the tone I need to get that signature crunch and tube sound any amplifier should have. I play a JCM800 2205 that suits all my tone needs perfectly. My Epiphone Les Paul Custom (Gibson 500T humbucker coiltapped in the bridge) sounds like the hammer of the gods. Thanks for making a great amp Marshall and don't stop!

The Only Choice
Hey Jim,
I've been playing guitar for over 15 yrs and Marshall has been the only choice for me....Why settle for less? It would be great to see my rig in your site.
Thanks
Jeremy.
He's The Guitar Man!
Hi There,
This is me rehearsing in our studio, the "Hip Joint" in Swansea, Wales, U.K. with welsh rock band, Man. I use a JCM 2000 DSL 50 head, a 1960 AF7 4X12 cab and a 1936 cab for Monitoring. I've used this rig on loads of gigs and its always rockin!
Nice one Jim!

Head Over Heels
Hey There,
I want to share the happines and joy that my Marshall gives me everytime I gig with it.
Mine is a JCM9004502 from 1992, it has been retubed only two times since then and it's in perfect conditions. This amp is perfect for every kind of music I play, I use my three Ibanez axes with it, a JEM7VSBL, RG2020X, SZ720FM and my Fender Custom Stratocaster. Also the effects run wonderful through the effects loop, I love the sonic palette that this amp can produce. Absolutely love this amp.
Here are some pics of this amp as well as other Marshall models I've owned in the past.
Regards.

Ultimate Tone
Hi guys,
Here's a picture of my rig I'm using in my hard rock band WHITE NOISE. The JMP-1 goes from sparkly clean to full on metal racket, I LOVEIT !! The Marshall EL34 100/100 drives it all with plenty of power and headroom and I'm using two Marshall 1936 cabs both running in stereo. There's not a tone in my head I can't get out of this set up, it's the ultimate for me !!
Cheers,
Ainsley T Wills (UK)

No Regrets
After buying my american made Fender Telecaster I needed something to make it sing. I have no regrets choosing the MG100HDFX half stack. Great sound at low volume for when I practice and all the power I need when the boys show up for a jam session.

Cream of the Crunch
Hi all, just like to say thanks to Jim and team for producing such a stunning amp. My JCM800 is an original 2203 from 1983 (Serial No.07554P), its older than me. I've been a Marshall addict ever since I started playing. Turn this amp up to 10 and make the world Rock to its Roar! Rock On to all at Marshall Amps!
P.S. If there are any spare Marshall cabinets lying around, send them to my address haha. Rock n' Roll!

Legends
hello at marshall, what you is the all mighty legendary superbass amp from 73 with a matched cab. Beneath it is a superb sounding rock maching, the jcm 900 slx. With a gibson les paul it's tone heaven with both amps.
Jim...thank you so much for a beautifull amp,
aviv
True Love
Hi Y'all
I have attached some pics of my prize possession, it's my Marshall JMP 50 watt Head. It is a 1969/70 Ali panel top and it is MINT, I have had this amp from new, purchased in 1970 as my first Marshall head, previously I had
owned a 50 Watt Marshall stack with an all in one angled cab fitted with from memory 8x 10" speakers, or was it 4x 12", whatever!! I sold it to get this beauty.
The JMP 50 Watter you see still has the original Marshall inscribed EL34 valves (see pic) removed for longevity and the Brimar pre-amp valves, it has never been modified, or repaired, it is totally original, still retaining the protective varnish covering all the solder joints, all the caps and transformers are original, it is in every sense of the word a "CLASSIC" example of a fine amp.
The cabinet and front panel are totally scratch and scuff free, all the knobs, switches and connectors are in mint original condition, the plastic protection cover is the original and has the "Marshall" logo hand stencilled in gold on the front and back of the cover, no tears or scuffs anywhere on this either.
The amp works and sounds superb, it has a beautiful chimey mid and crystal top end to die for, the pots are crackle and noise free, with the exception of the Prescence control which by virtue of its position in the circuit will always be noisy, in the feedback loop.
I LOVE my Marshall and I believe I have every good reason too, I have had many offers for it running into many thousand dollars/GB pounds, but no, it's mine and it will probably always be mine, it's a LURVE affair, Hands off !!!!!!!
